The Bromley-Heath Tenant Management Corporation (TMC) was the first resident  group in the country to manage the public housing development in which they live. Located in Boston, Massachusetts, the Bromley-Heath TMC manages three public  housing developments with approximately 1,000 units and three thousand residents.
